       Allah has given huge responsibility to Imran: Bushra

First Lady Bushra Imran after the oath-taking ceremony of her husband Imran said that Allah has given a huge responsibility to her husband as the Prime Minister of Pakistan. Talking to journalists, she said that she was not happy rather afraid given the gigantic task of running the country. “I am sure Imran Khan will fulfill his promises to Pakistan,” she said, adding health, education and human development sector would be the top priorities of the government.
Further, Bushra also visited the residence allocated by the government to the new Prime Minister, which is spread over four Kanals.
Earlier in the day, she was accorded a warm welcome when she reached the President House to participate in Imran’s oath-taking.

1st Russian language radio channel in operation in Pakistan

The first online Russian language radio news broadcasting launched its services with an aim of linking South Asian countries to Russian speaking listeners. The project, launched on 71st Independence Day of Pakistan would help to promote cultural activities, music and social developments of South Asian, Central Asian and Eastern European countries through its 24/7 Radio Broadcasting.
The Online “Dispatch News Desk (DND) Radio” would be available in all formats of smartphones, tablets and desktop computers.
DND Radio is a new initiative of DND News Agency which had launched first-ever online Russian Newspaper and News Agency in 2012 through its team spreading over South Asia, Central Asia and Eastern Europe.
Caretaker Minister for Information and Broadcasting Barrister Ali Zafar congratulated DND News saying that this online radio channel will help to promote the Russian language among Russian speaking listeners in Pakistan, besides providing a real image of Pakistanis who love cultural harmony with Central Asian and Eastern European states and wish to enhance synergy with them.
He was of the view that DND News Agency successfully promoted Pakistan among Central Asian and the Eastern Europe States during the last six years and its new project will enhance connectivity which is consolidated through promoting Pakistan in regions and introducing Central Asian and Eastern European cultures in South Asia.
Commenting on launching DND Radio, Secretary Ministry for Information and Broadcasting Ahmad Nawaz Sukhera was of the view that Pakistan is the country of diverse culture having anthropological links with all Central Asian and the Eastern European States and there is a dire need to promote harmony among these regions and DND Radio could be a useful tool to generate interest of Russian speaking listeners in Pakistan.
He maintained that government of Pakistan has been working to promote Pakistani culture and its stance over regional developments among Central Asian and Eastern European Countries and such initiatives (like of DND Radio) would surely help the country to place viewpoint among Russian speaking listeners.

Naeem-ul-Haque allowed to enter Bani Gala at last

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Naeem-ul-Haque was stopped from entering Prime Minister Imran Khan’s residence in Bani Gala during the week. According to a report, the security personnel barred Haque from visiting Imran Khan over which he said that he has come to take him to the President House. However, he was permitted after getting clearance from Bani Gala.
It seems that change has already come as the PTI leaders have been stopped from entering Bani Gala without appointments.

 Polish tourist praises tourism opportunities available in Pakistan

A polish tourist, Eva Zu Beck, has said that vast opportunities are available for promoting tourism in Pakistan. She said Pakistan is among the beautiful places where tourism can be promoted in a befitting manner, she stated while talking to a private news channel.
“I would really love to bring tourism here particularly in the northern areas,” she said, adding that “food is so delicious and I would suggest that the country should be given an opportunity for open tourism”.
Inviting the world tourists here, she said that they should visit this country and see the beautiful resorts besides exploring Pakistan.
“I met the local people and got knowledge about culture,” Eva said while replying to a question. “I have seen the places like Skardu, Gilgit, Hunza, Karachi and Islamabad,” she added.
“Every tourist of the world should come to Pakistan to see the most beautiful places,” she suggested.
