Feroze Khan ‘vehemently’ denies ‘baseless’ abuse accusations

Actor Feroze Khan has released a statement in response to Syeda Aliza Sultan, his ex-wife of four years, providing medical records and images of alleged physical abuse as evidence in court.

Aliza charged the celebrated actor with severely abusing her physically and emotionally in their separation announcement made last month. Feroze earlier chose not to reply to Aliza’s allegations of abuse, but he has since done so in light of the documents and images in question going public on social media.

I, Feroze Khan, absolutely refute any and all claims made about me that are unfounded, malicious, or untrue and that are making the rounds on social media rumour mills “He revealed in a story on Instagram. “There is no truth or realism to these charges.” “I fully plan to file legal proceedings against the perpetrators of these crimes and I have ordered my legal team accordingly,” he continued, adding that he will be taking the case to court.

Feroze continued by saying, “I want to make it absolutely clear that I have always adhered to the law in both text and spirit and have never intentionally damaged another person. I firmly think that every person living on Earth has the right to basic human rights.”

Feroze Khan makes a declaration

Last month, the Habs player added his own perspective to Aliza’s prior comments by using social media. As a law-abiding citizen of Pakistan, Feroze remarked, “I have complete faith in the justice of the court.” “On September 19, 2022, I filed a family law petition in the eighth family judge district, East Karachi, requesting custody of and visiting rights pertaining to my children Sultan and Fatima after our divorce was officially finalised on September 3, 2022.

“Today, September 21, 2022, the Court heard both parties, and I was given permission to spend a half-hour with my children Sultan and Fatima in his [the judge’s] presence. The Court then put the matter on hold until October 1, 2022, when it will resume additional visitation rights proceedings so that I can keep seeing my kids.

Speaking to his ex-wife, Feroze said that he would provide her his support and respect in her role as the mother of his children. I will show my ex-wife respect and support because she is the mother of my children. As the case is still pending before the Court, I’m sorry I’m not in a position to continue discussing this issue, the Aye Musht-e-Khaak actor said in his conclusion.

Aliza talks openly about her “abusive marriage”

Prior to the actor from Khaani issuing a statement, his wife Aliza revealed on social media that Feroze had forced her to “endure infidelity, blackmail, and degradation.” Aliza claimed in a statement that her and her husband’s four-year marriage “was a complete disaster.

” In addition to ongoing physical and psychological abuse, I had to put up with my husband’s betrayal, blackmail, and degrading treatment during this time. She continued by saying that she had “to the tragic decision that I cannot spend my entire life in this horrific manner” after giving the matter serious thought.

Aliza continued by saying, “This choice has been heavily influenced by the welfare and wellbeing of my kids. I don’t want kids to develop in an unhealthy, toxic, or violent home environment. Exposure to such a hostile environment worries me since it could harm their mental growth and way of life.”

Adding to her explanation, she stated, “No child should ever experience violence as a natural aspect of relationships as they grow up. I would rather impart to them the lesson that no injury is too severe to be treated and no scar too embarrassing to be covered up at the expense of one’s safety.”
