Pak foreign reserves

KARACHI: The foreign exchange reserves held by the country increased by $2,540.90 million (+12.29 percent) to $23,220.30 million by week ended April 09, 2021, the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) said on Thursday.
According to data published by the central bank, the foreign exchange reserves of the country were $20,679.40 million by week ended April 02, 2021.
According to data published by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the reserves held by the central bank increased by $2,579.20 million to $16,106.40 million from $13,527.20 million during one week, showing an increase of 19.07 percent on a week-on-week basis.
However, the foreign exchange reserves held by commercial banks witnessed a decrease of $38.3 million to $7,113.90 million compared with $7,152.20 million a week earlier, showing a decrease of 0.54 percent on a week-on-week basis. – TLTP
