KARACHI: Shakeel Mapara,Head of Human Resources at Sanofi Aventis has said that human recourse is about learning and interacting with communities is irrespective to technical background. It is all about the peoples growth potential of human business objective and to find best solution. This was stated by him while addressing the leadership training programme “Lead Now” organised by HR Legends here at Institute of Training and Consultancy.
Senior HR Trainer and Consultant Zafar Aziz Osmani, CEO-Accelerate Pvt. Limited emphasized on Human relationship and emotional attachment, personal branding and human value creation. He said, we have to follow the international best practices and HR role in this globalized world is change by technological intervention. Value diversity, corporate sylos able to understand and communicate are the keys for better HR practices. You have to find the “best equation from the human relationship,” he added.

in his inaugural address to the participants at workshop said that role of HR Management is redefined by Modern HR. Best practices were evolved by combination of technology and human relationship.
Various training sessions held during the Conference were: Leadership Future and Way Forward, Self-Awareness and Vision, Public Speaking, Team building, Goals and Setting Directions, Emotional Intelligence, Impacting & Influencing, Value and Integrity and Managing Change.
