Not compromised on Khatam-e-Nabuwwat issue: Khadim Rizvi

KARACHI: Chairman of Tehreek-e-Labaik Pakistan, Hafiz Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi said, “I did not compromise on Khatam-e-Nabuwwat issue.” He was talking to mediapersons in Meet the Press programme of Karachi Press Club, here Tuesday.

He said, “I was forced by the previous government and various political leaders to adopt flexibility on this serious issue when we were staging a protest in Islamabad.
He shared his political manifesto with the media fraternity that his party has laid the foundation on the basis of Islamic Ideology and will rule the country according to the principles of Quran and Sunnah, will definitely take the lead in this elections because we have huge support from the people in all provinces but media is discouraging our struggle and did not provide us the necessary coverage of our various election campaigns.”
He went on to say, “Even my historic address at the Mazar-e-Quaid didwas not covered by the media.”
He criticised the media saying they have to be unbiased but especially in their case they found the media as biased. It is the normal practice that our social media sites are hacked and are blocked sometimes to push our popularity graph downward.
Later, Hafiz Rizvi faced intelligently the irrational and harsh media queries after the completion of his speech. President Ahmed Malik and Secretary Karachi Press Club and Maqsood Yousufi were also present on the stage during the programme.
