PM Shehbaz, Saudi Crown Prince agree to enhance Pak-Saudi ties to new heights
A bilateral meeting between Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif took place in Riyadh.
They assessed the whole range of bilateral ties and underlined their resolve to further strengthen the kinship between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.
The Saudi leadership was congratulated by the prime minister for helping Pakistan during the recent catastrophic floods, especially for constructing the air bridge between Riyadh and Islamabad to deliver aid to flood-affected regions.
Speaking at the event, Mohammed bin Salman emphasised the significance of the friendship between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia for the two nations, the region, and the whole globe.
Earlier, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif spoke at the Future Investment Initiative Conference and emphasised the value his administration places on encouraging Pakistani youth involvement in order for them to act as change agents in the technology industry.
He extended an invitation for the world to gain from Pakistan’s skilled IT workforce.
The prime minister reaffirmed the commitment of his administration to making it easy for all investors to enter Pakistan.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif later tweeted that his meeting with Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman went very well.
He said that in accordance with the demands of a changing world, they had decided to raise and strengthen bilateral relations and brotherly connections between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia to unprecedented heights.
According to Shehbaz Sharif, he informed Mohammed Bin Salman of Pakistan’s eagerness for his visit.
