PPP, PML-N alliance unnatural: Fawad

KARACHI: Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry has termed Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) and Pakistan People’s Party alliance is unnatural that is based of vested interest instead of resolving public issues.
Talking to private TV, Fawad Chaudhry suggested Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) not to play in the hands of Maulana Fazlur Rehman.
“The stance of opposition parties rejected with the failure of their move of removing Senate Chairman.”
The federal minister further noted said that the majority of Senators voted in the favour of Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani to save the system.
Fawad hoped the opposition would not repeat any such move as this one had been failed and affected them badly.
“Maryam Safdar and Bilawal should learn a lesson from such failed moves,” he added.
He said Bilawal Bhutto should divert his focus to issues of Sindh and especially in Karachi.
“PPP is ruling Sindh for last eleven years but it could not clear Nullah of Karachi as the mega city inundated in recent rain. His focus is only on his father as how to bring him out of the prison.” The minister said.
Similarly, he said, “Maryam Nawaz’s party also ruled Punjab for a decade and people had been rejected them in recent election. She should address her court issues to contest the election and then she should be eligible to play her role in national politics. Her objective is only to bring her father out of the cage and get rid of the corruption cases.”
“I had already told that the opposition parties would be failed in removing Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani, who was running the house smoothly and effectively,” he said.
The minister thanked all the senators who voted against the no-trust motion and also congratulated Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani on maintaining his seat.
It is pertinent to mention, Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani survived the no-trust motion against him, tabled by the opposition parties. – NNI
