74th Pak-Japan Diplomatic Relation Message : Nehal Hashmi : Governor Sindh

I extend my warm felicitations to the governments and peoples of Pakistan and Japan on the occasion of the 74th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between our two friendly countries.
Pakistan and Japan share a longstanding and cordial relationship built on mutual respect, trust, and a shared commitment to peace and development. Over the years, Japan has remained a valued partner in Pakistan’s socio-economic progress, contributing significantly to infrastructure development, education, healthcare, and disaster management.
Sindh, as the economic and commercial hub of Pakistan, enjoys strong linkages with Japan, particularly in trade, investment, and industrial collaboration. Japanese enterprises have played a constructive role in advancing industrial growth and technological development within the province.
We see great potential for further strengthening cooperation in areas such as urban development, renewable energy, environmental sustainability, and human resource development. Enhancing people-to-people contacts and institutional partnerships will further deepen the bonds between our nations.
On this important occasion, I reaffirm our commitment to further strengthening Pakistan-Japan relations for the mutual benefit of our peoples.
