KARACHI: B4U Group has launched a unique housing scheme for different sections of the society, especially for white-clad people, under the name of Romasia Residency, says a Press release.
Addressing a function in this regard, Saifullah Khan Niazi, Chairman of the group, said that B4U Group would play a positive role not only in cab service but also in real estate industry.
He said that his B4U group prefers low-income people and helps them to build their own house.
“We are helping to fulfill the dream of building our own roof for people, who do not find it easy to build their own home in current difficult conditions.”
Chairman B4U Group further said that they do not want to limit real estate to a lucrative business but also serve the society through it.
Explaining the details of Romasia Residency, Chairman Saifullah Niazi said that preference is being given in this scheme to those who do not have their own home.
He said that apart from providing the house on five and seven years’ easy installments, other facilities are being provided to low-income people of the society.
Saifullah Niazi added that his group is also providing employment to the poor and needy people through its Cab service.
He said that besides Karachi, they have started same kind of schemes in Peshawar, Rawalpindi and Lahore as well.
A musical night was also organized on the occasion, which was attended by a large number of citizens, who were also given motorcycles through lottery.
At the same event, prizes were also distributed among young and emerging athletes for their encouragement.
