Dollar climbs to Rs166.35; gains Rs2.11 in four days

KARACHI: The US dollar continued gaining strength against Pakistani rupee for the fourth consecutive day in the interbank and was strengthened by Re0.64 on Thursday.
According to a tweet of State Bank of Pakistan, the US dollar was opened at Rs165.71 and closed at Rs166.35. The US dollar during the last four days has been strengthened by Rs2.11 against Pakistani rupee in the interbank.
Meanwhile, the foreign reserves of the country stand at $16.70 billion as of June 05, said State Bank of Pakistan in another tweet on Friday last. – TLTP
