KARACHI: Former Governor of Sindh and the driving force behind “Meri Pehchaan Pakistan,” Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan (Sitara-e-Imtiaz), has extended his congratulations to senior journalist Anees Haider on being elected Secretary General of the Pakistan Federal Union of Journalists (PFUJ) during the Federal Executive Committee (FEC) meeting held in Islamabad.
Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan stated that Anees Haider is a capable and dedicated journalist, well-suited for this position, and that his professional abilities will greatly benefit the journalist community.
He also praised the performance of PFUJ under the leadership of its President, Dr. Saadia Kamal, saying the Federation is working in an excellent and commendable manner.
Additionally, Nihal Siddiqui (In-charge Central Committee of Meri Pehchaan Pakistan), Rizwan Fikri and Naeem Asif Namak Wala from the Central Media Cell also congratulated Anees Haider on his election.
