KARACHI: Dr. Imran Yousuf, Honorary Consul General of the Philippines in Karachi, has been conferred the prestigious 10-Year Loyalty Award by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) of the Republic of the Philippines in recognition of his decade-long dedicated service and unwavering commitment to strengthening bilateral relations between Pakistan and the Philippines.
The award was presented during a courtesy call on the Secretary of Foreign Affairs at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila. During the visit, Dr. Imran Yousuf also met with senior DFA officials, including Ms. Camille Barizo of the Office of Public Diplomacy (DFA-OPD).
The Department of Foreign Affairs acknowledged Dr. Yousuf’s significant contributions over the past ten years in promoting diplomatic cooperation, cultural exchange, trade, education and people-to-people connectivity between the two friendly nations.
The recognition highlights his sustained efforts in enhancing mutual understanding and fostering stronger engagement across various sectors, further reinforcing the longstanding friendship between Pakistan and the Philippines.

The Philippine Consulate in Karachi described the award as a reflection of Dr. Yousuf’s outstanding commitment to promoting closer ties between the two countries.
