KARACHI: Emerging singer and Pakistan Idol finalist Tarab Nafees has expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Pakistan Idol platform, saying the competition has provided aspiring singers with an invaluable opportunity to showcase their talent to the audience.
In a private gathering, Tarab said Pakistan Idol is more than just a singing competition-it is a platform that discovers, nurtures, and promotes young artists from across the country, regardless of their background.
“I sincerely appreciate Pakistan Idol for providing emerging musicians the opportunity to pursue their dreams. For many talented individuals, this platform serves as a gateway to the music industry and allows them to share their passion with millions of people,” she said.
Tarab noted that after taking a break from music for several years to focus on her education, Pakistan Idol gave her the confidence to return to the stage and rediscover her passion for singing.
“Making it through the last few episodes of the competition has been an incredible honor. The experience has not only helped me grow as a vocalist but has also strengthened my confidence as a performer. Every performance has been a learning experience,” she added.
She also appreciated the judges, mentors, production team, and organizers for their professionalism and commitment to encouraging new talent.
“I am deeply thankful to the judges for their valuable guidance and constructive feedback, and to the entire production team for creating such a professional environment where contestants can perform at their best,” she said.
Tarab further expressed gratitude to her supporters across Pakistan and abroad for their overwhelming love and encouragement throughout the competition.
“The messages, prayers and unwavering support from people across the country have been my greatest source of motivation. I am truly grateful to everyone who has believed in me and stood by me throughout this journey,” she remarked.
