Today, Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United States, Rizwan Saeed Sheikh, engaged in a telephonic conversation with Congressman Tom Suozzi, a prominent member of the Congressional Pakistan Caucus. The discussion focused on enhancing Pak-US relations and deepening bilateral cooperation.
During the call, Congressman Suozzi congratulated Ambassador Sheikh on assuming his role as Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United States. Ambassador Sheikh emphasized the importance of Pak-US relations for both nations and the broader region, noting the positive trajectory of their bilateral ties. He expressed Pakistan’s commitment to leveraging this goodwill to further strengthen multifaceted relations, particularly in the economic sphere.
