All Pakistan Aster Gymnastic Championship

KARACHI: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has bagged All Pakistan Aster Gymnastic Championship while Sindh Gymnastic remained second and Balochistan Gymnastic took the third position. The closing ceremony was presided over by Chief Guest Syed Khalid who distributed the awards to all the position holders.
Out of the 40 schools, in Under-16 Boys category, Kiran Foundation won the trophy, Habib School won second and Mellerson won the third position.
In the Under-16 Girls category, Imkan Welfare Foundation came first, the second position went to Kiran Foundation and Alpha Girls became third.
In the Under-10 Boys category, Shah Willayat School won the Trophy, the second position has been won by Habib School while the third position was won by Aster School. The Rightful Player for 1st position in the Under-10 Girls category was Aster School, the second position holder was Reflection School and the third position was achieved by The Muslim Generation School.
As many as 450 students from all provinces and 40 educational institutions took part in the competition. In the Youth Event, Athletes of age 10, 15 and 16 years participated. The view was adorable during the Gymnastic competition. This Aster Gymnastic Championship also witnessed some brave players falling down and standing up again with courage. The athletes were glad to participate in such splendid environment.
Director Kashan Iqbal of Alpha Education Network while sharing his views said that he was very disappointed with the performance of Pakistani Gymnastics in Commonwealth Games and from that instant, he decided that he must take some actions regarding gymnastics. At first he appointed qualified Gymnasters Coach and then implemented mandatory Gymnastics from Nursery class.
Principal of Aster School Farhana Faisal said that the objectives of Championship are almost achieved and we have been blessed with enormous talented players. This sort of activities will engage the youth in healthy activities. She further said that soon Aster School will become hub and unique institute of Gymnastics.
Director of Aster Education Network Falak Shaikhani said this is just the beginning and there are more events are in the pipeline for future.
The President of Pakistan Gymnastic Federation Ahmed Ali Rajput said that this kind of event of Gymnastics at School level with this kind of participation has never been organized.
