KARACHI: ASF Foundation has officially launched a mega “ASF City Housing Scheme” in Karachi .
The opening ceremony of ASF City Housing Scheme was held on Sunday where Major General Abid Latif Khan was the chief guest.
Chief Executive Officer, ASF Foundation Lt Col (Retd) Jamshid Hayat Khan Niazi, Idrees Memon of Chamber of Commerce, Brig Shoaib, allotees and others participated in the lunching ceremony.
This mega project spread over 3009 acres located prime location on main Karachi-Hyderabad M9 Motorway adjacent to DHA City Karachi.
This housing scheme comprised on 24 blocks whereas about 33,000 residential plots of 500, 250, 125 and 80 yards are available.
The idea was to create a housing fulfilling the requirements the demographic segment of civic society. The project is aimed at bringing economic stability incorporating aesthetic of urban planning, using existing contours, keeping a low operational cost with sustainable design features, and developing business zones for economic growth and economic activities.
This project is focusing on creating smart infrastructure and livable facilities at par with international standards.
The project has been flavored with environmental compliances, Green Spaces, Parks, Water- Sanitation and Solid waste management.
NUTECH University ISB and ASF Foundation have joined hands to construct State of The Art University in ASF City on 100 Acres of Land.
NGO’s like Saylani Welfare has executed a MoU for creating neighborhood mosque & construct an IT Tower in ASF City.
The University will create technical hands to bridge the gap between Industry-Academia linkage.
A mosque and IT Tower will also be built while commercial plots with modern facilities are also available for business community.
