KARACHI: BINAE Academy proudly marked the end of an academic year with its Annual Ceremony and Result Day on Saturday, July 27, 2024, held at the Zaamin Group Head Office on Main Khayaban-e-Ittehad, Phase 7 DHA, Karachi. The event honored academic excellence, dedication, and the spirit of community, says a Press release.
The ceremony began with a soulful Quranic recitation by Umamah Tahir and a moving Naat by Qurratulain, setting a serene and spiritual atmosphere. The Inclusive National Anthem was sung by all attendees, emphasizing unity and inclusion. The event featured a warm welcome speech by the Coordinator of The BINAE Academy, followed by a touching poem by Sarish Naz and a special address by Alishba Samad, which highlighted BINAE’s achievements.
Sarwat N. Shah, Chairperson of the BINAE Education Foundation, discussed the academy’s vision, progress, and future goals. She also underscored the importance of mental health in the academic setting and announced that the Khudi Parenting Upgrade Program will be offered free of charge to the parents of BINAE Academy students.
A significant milestone was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the BINAE Education Foundation and Connect Hear. This agreement aims to improve the lives of individuals with disabilities through enhanced education, skills development, rehabilitation, grooming, and job placement. The MoU was signed by Azima Dhanjee, CEO/Co-Founder of Connect Hear, and Sarwat N. Shah.
The evening’s highlight was the announcement of results and the presentation of certificates to outstanding students, teachers, and staff members, celebrating their achievements and contributions.
