DUBAI (UAE): For the first time in the history of the UAE, a short film” Catherine” on fashion is being made by a well-known UAE production house.
A press conference was organized in Dubai in which the film’s production team and actors took special part and shed light on the sensitive subject of the film.
The motion poster of Catherine, a short movie based on the harsh realities of the fashion industry, created a sensation on social media.
Catherine is a film based on the problems faced by women and models working in the fashion industry. In which the injustices and obstacles a model has to face to achieve success.
The film’s director Sajar and producer Karthik gave a briefing. They said that this film will reveal what happens in the fashion industry behind the screen.
The film’s director Sajar, producer Kartik, music director Shahid Rehman, models Sumbhal Zara khan, Neha Sharma and others while talking to the media expressed how the film portrays a girl’s emotional struggle in the fashion industry and her unwavering determination to overcome obstacles, mirroring the struggles we all face in our daily lives.
Avigna Productions has made short-films on important themes before, but Catherine is a one-of-a-kind film which will definitely be liked by the fans.
The film director Sajar also said that the film is set to premiere in Dubai and is also being considered for an OTT release, with talks underway for a grand world premiere of Catherine.
