CM House complaint cell resolves public issues: Abidi

KARACHI: Sindh Government Spokesperson Syeda Tehseen Abidi today reviewed public complaints, applications, and suggestions received from various districts while hearing cases at the Chief Minister House Complaint Cell. She immediately coordinated with the relevant departments and issued necessary directions to ensure the timely and effective resolution of public issues.
Speaking on the occasion, Tehseen Abidi said that on the directives of Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and under the special instructions of Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah, immediate public relief and prompt redressal of citizens’ grievances have been made a top priority of the Government of Sindh.
She stated that the Chief Minister House Complaint Cell has become an effective platform for public service, timely response, and good governance, ensuring that citizens’ issues are addressed on a priority basis.
She further said that in line with the people-centric vision of Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and the philosophy of public service promoted by Quaid-e-Awam Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, the Sindh Government continues to take practical steps to strengthen transparency, accountability, good governance, and the prompt resolution of public concerns.
Tehseen Abidi said that Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah consistently emphasizes the provision of facilities at people’s doorsteps, ensuring institutional accountability and prioritizing the concerns of citizens by listening to every voice.
She added that the Chief Minister House Complaint Cell reflects this public-friendly vision, where complaints are immediately forwarded to the relevant departments to ensure prompt action and relief for citizens.
She reiterated that the Government of Sindh remains committed to the principles of public service, transparency, merit, and public trust. Negligence or unnecessary delays in resolving public complaints will not be tolerated, and all concerned departments have been directed to treat public grievances as a top priority.
In conclusion, Tehseen Abidi appealed to the public to continue sharing their complaints, concerns, and suggestions through the Chief Minister House Complaint Cell to further strengthen trust between the government and the public and to promote a transparent, accountable, and people-friendly system of governance.
