Dawood Global Foundation launches LADIESFUND Istanbul at The Consulate General of Pakistan

ISTANBUL, TÜRKIYE: Dawood Global Foundation proudly launched its newest international chapter, LADIESFUND Istanbul, bringing together accomplished Pakistani women leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, and changemakers residing in Türkiye. The inaugural gathering was hosted at the Consulate General of Pakistan in Istanbul by the Honourable Consul General of Pakistan in Istanbul, H.E. Mr. Khawaja Khurram Naeem, marking another milestone in LADIESFUND’s mission to connect, empower, and elevate women globally.
The Consul General welcomed a LADIESFUND delegation of dynamic Pakistani women leaders from diverse fields for a roundtable discussion focused on leadership, entrepreneurship, economic empowerment, and strengthening connections between Pakistani women in Türkiye and the global LADIESFUND network.
LADIESFUND Istanbul aims to create meaningful opportunities for networking, mentorship, entrepreneurship, and collaboration, while fostering cross-border partnerships and supporting women-led businesses.
Delegates included Mariam Mirza (Actress), Madiha Muzaffar (Artist), Yasemin Khan (Business Owner), Hamidah Zaki (HR Professional), Alizay Saeed (Founder, VavaCars), Mishal Agha (Blogger), and Feryal Shahzad (Entrepreneur). The delegation was headed by Tara Uzra Dawood, CEO, LADIESFUND.
“I am very proud to receive the members of LADIESFUND, the extraordinary women from Pakistan who are making their mark in the different fields in finance, in marketing and in other related fields and I hope to have a very good interaction with them and we will seek avenues where we can help these ladies further their cause,” said Khawaja Khurram Naeem, Consul General of Pakistan in Istanbul.
