The lower heavens,
Loaded with dazzling,
Bright, radiating stars,
Beckon fading memories.
Resting on the lap,
Gazing into the firmament,
Thy eyes transfixed,
Upon the Star of Hope.
The breeze, cold and shivering,
The rustle of the fallen leaves,
Stirs commotion in the stillness,
Of the night, invoking, passions.
The Bright star on lower horizon, akin,
The glimmer, the shine, the brilliance,
Of thy deep dark eyes,
Entice my soul to surrender…
Laid upon the casket
Of time, the fleeting time,
A phenomenon, an uprising,
Ready to be quelled by thy sting.
The stars whisper, to connive,
With your chameleon instinct,
To render unto my inner soul
A grieving, a pain, a deep cut.
An art of excellence,
To prey upon innocence,
Capture through lure,
Enticed, I remain….till eternity.
