SHARJAH (UAE): A delegation from the Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FCC&I) successfully visited the UAE, culminating in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Pakistan Business Council Sharjah (PBCS). This landmark agreement aims to enhance business activities and networking opportunities for members of both organizations.
Bilal Waheed Sheikh, representing FCC&I, signed the MoU, while Dr. S.M. Tahir, Chairman of PBCS, signed on behalf of the council. The ceremony was attended by key figures, including Amir Hassan, 2nd Vice Chairman of PBCS; Salman Wisal, Secretary General; Safdar Mahmood, Director of PBCS; and Muhammed Ali, Executive Member of FCCI.
“This MoU marks a significant step in strengthening the economic ties between our organizations,” said Bilal Waheed Sheikh. “We are committed to fostering collaboration and creating new opportunities for our members.”
The event also featured the exchange of souvenirs between the delegates, symbolizing the shared commitment to mutual growth and cooperation. Saleem Akhter, 1st Vice Chairman of PBCS, who is currently on an official visit to Pakistan for an overseas convention and the HEMS exhibition, congratulated the council on this achievement.
