ISLAMABAD: The Establishment Division has directed all officers and employees of federal service groups, ministries, and divisions to submit their annual statements of assets and liabilities by July 25, 2025, covering the fiscal year ending June 30.
According to a formal notification, failure to comply will result in strict disciplinary action, including being marked for misconduct and suspension of promotions.
The declaration, which must include both movable and immovable properties, will be submitted using a standardized asset declaration form available on the Establishment Division’s website.

Officers posted in the provinces must send a copy of their asset declaration directly to the Establishment Division to avoid administrative delays.

Officers from other service groups and technical cadres will have their declarations retained by their respective ministries and divisions.

The Establishment Division will be responsible for maintaining official records of the core civil service groups, while other ministries/divisions are required to enforce and monitor compliance within their own cadres.
This annual exercise is part of the government’s ongoing efforts to promote transparency, curb corruption, and ensure accountability within the civil bureaucracy.
