ICMA proudly celebrates the global Chartered Management Accountants Day at campuses

KARACHI: ICMA proudly celebrates the global 73rd Chartered Management Accountants Day Tuesday across all campuses in Pakistan & across all International Chapters. 73rd Chartered Management Accountants Day was celebrated across all campuses of ICMA Pakistan by arranging special activities for the members & students of ICMA, says a Press release.
Flag hoisting and cake-cutting ceremonies were planned along with fun programs, entertainment, networking, and student orientation sessions to commemorate the Chartered Management Accountants Day.
On the occasion of 73rd Chartered Management Accountants Day 2023, Dr. ArifAlvi President Islamic Republic of Pakistan acknowledged the exceptional contributions that Chartered Management Accountants have made in the field of finance & management and the critical role which management accountants have played to ensure that companies make informed financial decisions which has helped them to achieve their business goals and objectives.
Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue appreciated the professionalism and commitment to professional standards practiced by Chartered Management Accountants and their contribution in enhancing the public’s trust and confidence in the financial sector.
Shahzad Ahmad Malik FCMA, President of ICMA affirmed with great pride the remarkable progress made by ICMA during its inception. With over 7,000 members and over 17,000 students the Institute has come a long way, ICMA has strived hard for the global outreach of its members & has played a pivotal role in international and regional professional organizations like IFAC, CAPA, SAFA, IFRS Foundation, and ICGN.
