TEHRAN: Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has issued a stern warning to the United States, declaring that any military intervention would lead to “irreparable damage” and asserting that the Iranian nation will never surrender to external pressure.
“Our people will never forget the sacrifices of our martyrs, nor will they remain silent if our airspace is violated,” Khamenei stated in a strongly worded address.
He also condemned Israel, calling its recent actions a serious miscalculation: “The Zionist regime has committed a grave mistake and will undoubtedly face the consequences.”
Khamenei emphasized that Iran’s strength lies in the resilience and awareness of its people. “Those who understand Iran — its history and its people — know that threats will not work. The Iranian nation cannot be subdued,” he said.
In a direct message to Washington, he warned, “American officials must realize that any military move against Iran will result in damage beyond repair.”
The remarks reflect Iran’s firm stance amid rising regional tensions, signaling its refusal to back down under threat or aggression.
