Ulema, scholars and poets will pay tribute to Bibi Maham (SA); Book
‘Hazrat Abu Talib (AS)’ authored by Sattar Dars will also be launched

KARACHI: The 3rd Annual Conference, “Masooma-e-Sindh: Bibi Maham (SA) wa Mowadat-e-Ahly Bait (AS),” is set to take place today at 3:00 PM at the esteemed Muhammad Ibrahim Joyo Auditorium, Liaqat Memorial Library Karachi.
Organized by the Karachi Editors Club (KEC) in collaboration with the Sindh Auqaf Department, the conference is dedicated to honoring the life and legacy of Syyida Khadija (SA), the daughter of Hazrat Imam Musa Kazim (AS), known as Bibi Maham. The event will also highlight and appreciate the commendable services provided by the Sindh Auqaf Department at Dargah Bibi Maham in Agham Kot, facilitating Zaireen and the construction of a proper shrine.
As part of the proceedings, the remarkable book “Hazrat Abu Talib (AS),” authored by the esteemed Sindhi scholar Zawar Abdul Sattar Dars, will also be launched. Sattar Dars, a prolific writer with 150 published books to his credit, has contributed significantly to scholarly literature.
Renowned anchor and journalist Agha Shirazi will host the ceremony, infusing eloquence into the occasion.
Dr. Saeid Talebinia, the Cultural Attaché and Director of the Iranian Cultural Center, will be the Chief Guest, providing an international perspective. Munawar Ali Mahesar, Secretary Auqaf, Religious Affairs, Zakat, and Ushr, Government of Sindh, will preside over the proceedings.
The conference will feature addresses by distinguished Ulema, scholars, and poets, including Zawar Abdul Sattar Dars from Hyderabad, Zawar Niaz Hussain Leghari, Khadim-e-Aala Dargah Bibi Maham (SA) Agham Kot, Allama Ammar Ali Shah Naqvi Trustee Imam Bargah Martin Road, Nazir Leghari President Bol TV, Syed Shabbar Raza Rizvi General Secretary Jafferia Alliance, Syed Haider Shah General Secretary Abu Talib Foundation, Mubasher Mir President KEC, and Manzar Naqvi Secretary-General KEC.
The event will also serve as a melting pot of intellectual discourse, with poets such as Javed Manzar, Kamal Amrovhi, Kishwar Adeel Jafri, Shabbir Nazish, and Nasir Agha reciting customized thoughts related to Bibi Maham (SA), adding a poetic dimension to the tribute.
