The Sindh Tourism Development Corporation with the collaboration of Darul Sakoon provided a platform by organizing a mango fiesta for the special children
The mango Fiesta provided a platform for special children to learn about different cultures, traditions, and values.
The special children showed enthusiasm through music and dance, much to the delight of the audience.
During the event the special children mingled with the audience and involved them in their activities.
Secretary Sind Culture and Tourism department, Govt of Sindh, Khair Muhammad Kalwar speaking on the occasion said that differently abled people possess immense qualities and we should involve them in cultural activities so that they can show their skills.
Managing Director of Sindh Tourism Development Corporation, Syed Feyaz Ali Shah, CEO of Darul Sakoon, Savio M Pereira and renowned hotel industry person Azeem Qureshi thanked the Sindh Govt for their support in organizing the event.
The special children’s performance of songs, dance and the discipline was appreciated by the guests.
Darul Sakoon was established in 1969 and currently there are three centres in different parts of Sindh.
Darul Sakoon provides excellent facilities for the differently abled persons.
It entirely depends on donation and the biggest donor for Darul Sakoon is Government of Sindh.
