In today’s fast-paced era of information communication and technologies, youth are constantly exposed to challenges that can affect their personal, social, spiritual, and academic growth. Young minds always need direction, guidance, and support during their growing age, a time of tremendous physical, emotional, and psychological transformation, to navigate life with assurance and responsibility. Good grooming is crucial for young people in building resilience, developing self-awareness, and preparing balanced individuals.

However, the real growth of young minds lies not just in academic success but also in spiritual awareness, resilience to stress, and social intelligence for a fulfilling life. It is an urgent requirement of the modern world to promote holistic development at individual and societal levels. To live a healthy and fulfilling life, one must grow intellectually, socially, spiritually, mentally, and personally. The top guidelines for the growth of young minds are as follows:

1. Establishing a Strong Sense of Purpose: Young minds should realize the prime objectives of their presence on this planet. They have to recognize their natural talent and set very clear and meaningful goals to give them a sense of purpose. Goals should be very specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound to maintain clarity and direction toward their purpose in life.

2. Seek Inspiration: They should seek the inspiration in true sense and spirit from the bright history of Islam and the great personalities who have created an impact with their wisdom, knowledge, and resources. To become very productive and progressive they have to read books on Seerat-un-Nabi (SAAW), history, geographies, poetry great scholarly work, etc. With reading they have to engage in writing, jogging, and discussion on diversified topics.

3. Adoption of the Main Pillars of Humanity: It is very obligatory and mandatory for young minds to adopt the main pillars of humanity such as honesty, love, kindness, helping hands, truthfulness, respectfulness generosity and compassion, etc. Youth should become the light in the darkness. Youth should be very kind to everyone and they have to be the rainbow in someone’s cloud.

4. Limit Distraction: In today’s world, distractions are incredibly common in terms of social media, mobile phones, endless internet content, and countless forms of entertainment are constantly diverting attention, pulling away the youth from tasks and goals. Be committed and dedicated to your goals. The youth must be focused on the work environment to maintain concentration. The most important and necessary is to build a strong relationship with the holy book of Allah, (Quran), the mighty rope and the wise guide for everyone.

5. Productive and Beneficial for others: Youth with a productive approach make the best use of their resources, time, energy, and efforts for the best interest of society. Youth should realize their, wisdom, knowledge resources, and high social impact that should be used for the comfort and the benefit of the people.

6. Consider The Philosophy of Success: According to some influential philosophers i.e. Stephen R. Covey, Malcolm Gladwell, Carol Dweck, Robert Kiyosaki, and Simon Sinek success, is all about, cover personal fulfillment, professional achievement, financial independence, growth mindset effective leadership and to gain more freedom and time to enjoy life.

In the Islamic perspective, success lies in detaching oneself from worldly desires and fully submitting to Allah. Great Islamic scholars said that true success is not merely about worldly achievements but involves the purification of the soul, self-discipline, ethical living, and striving for higher ideals that lead to eternal happiness in the hereafter.

7. Adoption of the Unique Traits from the Life of the Prophet (SAAW): The youth of the nation should read the life of the Prophet (SAAW) to be successful in their life. According to the Hadees narrated by Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra (S.A), the interpretation is that anyone who adopts the unique traits from the life of the Prophet (SAAW). Allah will never disgrace that person whoever practices such (Maintain family ties; bear the burdens of the helpless, support the poor, provide hospitality to guests, and assist those who are afflicted with calamities).

8. Cultivate Resilience Through Setbacks: Life is full of trials and troubles and the complications, problems, and setbacks are part of life. The youth of this nation must consider the stories of successful people who faced problems and overcame failures. They have to develop resilience approaches in their practical life. Building perseverance and adaptability are crucial to a peaceful and contended life.

9. Time Management: For young people, managing their time is a crucial trait since it creates a solid basis for future professional success, personal development, and academic accomplishment. Consistency is key to successful time management. Even in difficult situations, stick to your routine and keep in mind that developing these habits will pay off greatly in the long run.

10. Boost Gratitude and Positivism: The young minds as they are shaping their perspectives and attitudes towards their lives must practice gratitude. The practices of gratitude and being positive in every aspect of life not only enhance mental well-being but also inspire a sense of purpose and fulfillment. They must remain always in a high state of thankfulness for whatever they have been blessed by the Almighty; creates a positive outlook in life, fostering contentment, reducing anxiety, and enhancing mental well-being.
The new generation is the future of the nation and the progress of any state depends on its young generation. The youth are the backbone of the country and the nation. A great and ideal state is concerned about its youth day and night that these same youth have to perform the duty of putting a leash on the stars.

The great youth of the state of Pakistan should also become the capital of this country in the future. Therefore, the moral, intellectual, spiritual, social, and mental growth of youth is a very important factor. If we protect the youth approximately 64% of Pakistan’s total population from intellectual chaos and moral depravity, the future of our beloved country will be bright.
