DUBAI (UAE): An iftar dinner was hosted in honor of the local Pakistani and Kashmiri community in the UAE by Pak Chinar Wing Dubai President Amjad Kabir.
Imran Ali Jan performed the duties of the stage secretary while Ayaz Kayani started the proceedings by reciting from the Holy Quran. Liaquat Aziz presented Naat Rasool Maqbool (SAAW).
In the event, Sajid Iqbal Abbasi, Sardar Javed Yaqub, Raja Abdul Jabbar, Raja Muhammad Ashiq, Raja Rashid Ali, Abu Bakr Amtiaz, Dr. Hasnain, Dr. Shafqat, Naeem Rasool, Ashfaq Ahmed, Abbas Kashar, Abrar Azad Advocate, Ayaz Kayani, Raja Wajid Kabir, Dawood Sharif, Danish Tariq, Haroon Baig, Naqash Riaz, Abid Chughtai, Arshad Malik, Rana Naseer, Raja Zafar, Mubashir Rathore, Raja Shujaat Saber, Nadeem Abdullah, Khalid Zaman, Shahbaz Mughal, Ghalib Azad, Fayaz Minhas, Rizwan Shah, Imran Irshad, Raja Sajjad, Raja Mansoor, Raja Osama Shabbir, Zeeshan Raja, Aamir Ali Jan and many others from the Pakistani and Kashmiri community participated.
Highlighting the virtues of Ramazan, Sardar Saddam Abbasi said that Ramazan is a blessed month and the greatness of this month can be estimated from the fact that the Holy Quran was revealed in this holy month. He said that fasting is the great duty which the Lord Almighty has attributed to Himself.
In the end, Amjad Kabir, President of Pak Chanar Wing Pakistan Association Dubai thanked all the guests. Raja Muhammad Ashiq ended the proceedings with a prayer.
