KARACHI: The Sindh Taekwondo Cup organized by Sindh Taekwondo in collaboration with the Council of the Republic of Korea 22 Sindh Taekwondo Cup will be held under the supervision of Pakistan Taekwondo Federation from May 20 to May 22 at Muhammad Siddique Memon Scouts Gymnasium. Org. Chairman Rehan Hashmi, Org. Secretary Kamran Qamar Qureshi Event Coordinator Usman Faraz, Khaldoonn Raja, Majida Hameed and Waqas Sheikh while in the organizing committee Huma Nasir, Noor Ahmed, Ashfaq Ahmed, Saqib Ikram, Mateen Aziz, Abid, Fasihuddin, Muhammad Ali, Faizan Majeed, Afshan Fatima, Hanah Khan, Muneeza Akram, Ambereen Shafiq, Javed Khalid, Haniya Zaidi, Khurram Rasheed Head of Technical Committee , Kashif Ahmed Farooqui will be the Media Coordinator. All the regional teams of Sindh, Hyderabad, Benazirabad, Mirpur Khas, Sukkur and Larkana are participating in this event. While two teams from Karachi will participate.The special guest of the opening ceremony will be the Korean Consul General, while other diplomats have also been invited. Other guests include SOA Secretary Ahmed Ali Rajput and PTF CEO Omar Saeed. Closing ceremony Chief Guest DG Rangers Sindh. Different weight categories have been included in the event, including cadets, juniors and senior men and women. Cadets and juniors will be manual in the event while seniors athletes will be competing under PSS electronic system. The event will also include pomsae competition. For the first time, musical pomsae will also be included in the competition. Instructions have been issued to all the athletes to participate in the event with full cut. In addition, we are being supported by Combaxx Sports, Pakistan State Oil, Fruit Nation and Pakistan Rangers Sindh for which we sincerely thank.
