The second crucial proposal involves “Radical Reforms in the United Nations Structure,” where discriminatory privileges like the Veto Power must be abolished to empower the global community on the basis of equality, ensuring the scales of justice do not tilt toward a single power and the exploitation of weaker nations ceases. To tackle wartime situations, a “Global Ethical Code” must be established, enforced not just on paper but as binding international law, mandating a total ban on arms races and diverting fifty percent of defense budgets to fight common human enemies like poverty, illiteracy, and climate change.
