ISLAMABAD: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will be arriving in Pakistan today (February 12) for a two-day official visit, accompanied by a high-level delegation of ministers, senior officials, and business leaders.
Key Highlights of the Visit:

7th Session of the Pakistan-Türkiye High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council (HLSCC)
- President Erdogan and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will co-chair the HLSCC session.
- A joint declaration and multiple agreements/MoUs are expected to be signed.

Bilateral Meetings
- Erdogan will hold separate meetings with PM Shehbaz Sharif and President Asif Ali Zardari.
- Former PM Nawaz Sharif and Punjab CM Maryam Nawaz Sharif will also meet him at the PM House.

Business and Investment Forum
- Alongside PM Shehbaz Sharif, President Erdogan will address the Pakistan-Türkiye Business and Investment Forum, bringing together top investors and business leaders from both countries.

- First Lady Emine Erdogan is also accompanying the Turkish President.
Erdogan’s visit is expected to deepen strategic ties and expand economic cooperation between Pakistan and Türkiye. After completing his engagements in Pakistan, he will return to Ankara following his earlier stops in Indonesia and Malaysia.
