As a writer, in my personal experiences and events, a woman’s life consists of difficult stages and ups and downs. It is very stingy and difficult regarding rights
The creation of the creator in the formation and development of human society, women have a key and basic status and importance without the role of women in every field of life, be it science, physics, chemistry, military institutions, educational institutions, politics or country affairs or above all household affairs in short” is not only incomplete but soulless and lackluster.
The role of great women like Madame Curie, Mother Teresa, Fatima Jinnah, Florence Nate Engel, Bea Amma in their respective fields is unforgettable and undeniable.
Because woman is the life force and basic character and symbol of civilization in the form of mother, sister, daughter and wife, International Women’s Day started as a labor movement and is now an annual day recognized by the United Nations.
The idea to take it to the world stage came from a woman named Clara Zatkin, a communist and women’s rights activist. The day began in New York City in 1908 when 15,000 women marched for shorter work hours, better wages and the right to vote. Later that year, the Socialist Party of America celebrated the first National Women’s Day.
The idea to take it to the world stage came from a woman named Clara Zatkin, a communist and women’s rights activist. She presented this idea at the International Conference of Working Women in Copenhagen in 1910. There were 100 women from 17 countries who unanimously supported it. It was first celebrated in Austria, Denmark, Germany and Switzerland in 1911. Its centenary was celebrated in 2011, so this year we will celebrate the 114th Women’s Day.
It was officially recognized in 1975 when the United Nations started celebrating it. It was first given a theme in 1996 when the United Nations celebrated it under the title ‘Celebrating the Past and Planning for the Future’. You may have heard about International Women’s Day in the media or from friends, but what is it for? When does this happen? Is it a celebration or a protest? Is there an international men’s day too? And what events will be held to mark the occasion this year?
For almost a century, people have been celebrating March 8 as a special day for women, Today, International Women’s Day has become a day to celebrate the progress of women in society, politics and the economy, while the political roots behind it are to spread awareness about the inequality between women and men, which, like the rest of the world, affects us. It still continues in Pakistan.
