Young Shaheryar Abidi prays to Imam Mahdi (A.S.) for Palestinian relief

KARACHI: During Muharramul Haram each year, Majalis are held where religious scholars, known as Zakirs, recount the unparalleled sacrifices of Imam Hussain (A.S.), his family, and his companions.
This year, alongside these historical narratives, the brutalities faced by Palestinians at the hands of Israeli forces, especially the suffering of children, have been prominently discussed in Majalis and Hussaini seminars. This is being done to draw the attention of the United States and its allies, who claim to champion human rights globally, to the immense hardships and suffering endured by the Palestinians.
Muslims believe that when oppression and injustice reach their peak, Imam Mahdi (A.S.) will reappear to support the oppressed, overthrow the oppressors, and establish justice in the world.
In this context, young Zakir Syed Shaheryar Hussain Abidi, addressing a gathering at Karachi’s largest Imam Bargah, Shohada-e-Karbala, Ancholi, prayed to Imam Mahdi (A.S.) for the relief of Muslims, especially Palestinian children.
He expressed a fervent hope for the Imam’s swift reappearance in this unjust world so that the faithful can join him as young soldiers in his righteous army of believers.
