KARACHI: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has been urged to address the nation at the earliest opportunity to present a comprehensive roadmap for governance reforms, economic relief, and administrative restructuring, amid growing public demand for greater clarity on the government’s future policy direction.
The call comes at a time when Pakistan has achieved notable diplomatic and economic milestones over the past year. The country’s international standing has improved considerably, its sovereign credit outlook has strengthened, and renewed confidence from global partners has reflected positively on Pakistan’s economic prospects. Observers have attributed much of this progress to the coordinated efforts of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir in advancing Pakistan’s diplomatic and economic objectives.
