Any move against Khamenei will be seen as attack on global resistance, warns Ayaz Qomi

HYEDRABAD: Prominent religious scholar Allama Ayaz Hussain Qomi has urged global powers to refrain from what he described as conspiracies that ignite conflict and unrest across the world, warning against actions that could further destabilize international peace.
Speaking to student delegations in Hyderabad on Friday, Allama Qomi said that Ayatollah Syed Ali Khamenei is not only a religious and Iranian leader but also a guiding figure for people who stand for dignity, courage and freedom worldwide. He stated that any attack on his person would be perceived as targeting all those who advocate justice and independence.
“All freedom loving and courageous people across the globe see him as a leader,” Allama Qomi said, adding that the hearts of oppressed communities and advocates of justice beat in solidarity with Ayatollah Khamenei.
He further cautioned what he termed “global imperialist forces” against fueling tensions and conflicts in different parts of the world. According to him, international actors should avoid policies and actions that contribute to instability and instead work toward peace and justice.
The religious scholar emphasized that oppressed communities around the world look toward leadership that represents resistance, dignity and steadfastness, and urged global powers to exercise restraint in order to prevent further turmoil.
