BElCCI Representative
KARACHI: The Chairman, Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BELCCI) bestowed to authorize Shahzad Sabir Group Director of Usman Anjwarwala Group of Companies as BElCCI Representative for Sindh & Baluchistan to promote bilateral trade & business in between Pakistan and Belarus, says a Press release.
This applaudable assignment aimed at conducting foreign trade operations and developing of new trade and economic cooperation models; development of business relations between BELCCI and chamber of commerce and Industry, government bodies and non-profit organization and other partner organization in the country of residence and contribute to the development of cooperation with the republic of Belarus.
In 2021-2022 Shahzad Sabir took an active part in organizing and holding business events, including meetings of Belarus-Pakistan Business Council, National Exposition of the Republic of Belarus and a business forum in Karachi, contributed to the delivery of Belarusian products to the Pakistani market and promoted the interests of Belarusian enterprises in Pakistan.
Delegation led by the then Chairman Pak-Belarus Business Council FPCCI Shahzad Sabir headed for Belarus. In October 2021, the first business delegation of Pakistan to Belarus comprised of more than seventy delegates made it one of the largest business and trade delegations of Pakistan.
Shahzad Sabir, a renowned businessman of Pakistan and the then chairman Pakistan-Belarus Business Council who was leading this delegation said that “the large number of business community representatives in this delegation showed the confidence of businessmen from Pakistan to form partnerships for cooperation and investments in Belarus.”
