BIC hosts interactive session on HR offboarding challenges

KARACHI: Beaconhouse International College (BIC) organized an interactive discussion on the challenges faced by human resource professionals during employee offboarding at its Korangi Creek campus on Friday.
The session brought together HR experts who emphasized the importance of clear communication throughout the offboarding process. The discussion outline was developed by HR Dost to promote best practices in managing employee exits.
Corporate trainer Izzah Zainab highlighted the need for precision in employer branding, policies, procedures, and legal compliance. Meanwhile, Akhtar Dar stressed that legality must remain a top priority in hiring and termination processes, alongside a thorough understanding of government regulations.
BIC Head Sanam Pathan underscored the importance of organizational justice, fair compensation, gender sensitivity, respect on exit, and importance of ROE.
Other notable participants included Shazia Shahbaz and Dr. Pervez Shafi, who shared valuable insights on HR practices.
