Crash survival Zafar Masud getting well

KARACHI: Zafar Masud, President/Chief Executive Officer, Bank of Punjab and son of legend actor of Pakistan Munawar Saeed is now getting well after the successful operation of his right hand. He has been advised complete rest and no visitors are allowed to him at the hospital, said Munawar Saeed during his meeting with Syed Ibne Hassan, Spokesman of National Bank of Pakistan, Dr Sikandar Ali Mutrib a renowned poet, Anwar Aqeel Jafri Managing Director Pirana Advertising and Manzar Naqvi Secretary General Karachi Editors Club who visited the residence of Munawar Saeed to enquire about the health of his son Zafar Masud who is one of the only two survivors of the recent PIA plane crash victims. The delegation presented a bouquet to Munawar Saeed for Zafar Masud.
Munawar Saeed informed the visiting delegation that when they came to know that the plane has been crashed, naturally he was much disturbed and praying for the passengers, Zafar’s mother was naturally out of control after hearing that news. I advised her to wait calmly, after the gap of 10 minutes he received a call from an unknown number, He was Zafar saying he has been survived. Thanks God, Zafar is safe and is in hospital and has undergone a successful surgery on his fractured hand.

He said reason behind his survival may be that Zafar always used to help various needy persons secretly and always cared for Haqooqul Ebad. He said he himself continued reciting Dua-e-Tawasul while his mother continued reciting Naad-e-Ali besides other Surahs from the Holy Quran as a result of which they heard the news of their son’s survival soon after the crash.
He said we are thankful to God for His blessings that He showered on us all by saving his and pray for all the departed souls to rest in eternal peace and give courage to the bereaved families to bear this irreparable loss with fortitude. Amen.
Dr Sikandar Mutrib also presented his poetry book on Maa “Bahisht, Zere Paa” to Munawar Saeed on this occasion.
