Against DHO Dist Central Officials, the Director of Health and Services Opens an Investigation

KARACHI: Director Health and Services Karachi Dr. Abdul Hameed Jumani has started action against Mail Staff Nurse, Office Superintendent Ghulam Mustafa Qureshi posted in Central District.
On the other hand, DHO Central District Dr. Shah Muhammad Sheikh assured Director Health and Services Karachi Dr. Abdul Hameed Jamani of full support in the action against Office Superintendent Ghulam Mustafa Qureshi.
However, in this context, the sources said that former DHO Central Dr. Bashir Mangi also conducted the inquiry against the male staff nurse office superintendent Ghulam Mustafa Qureshi, who was playing the role of mafia in the health department under the auspicious supervision of Dr. Hira Zaheer, a Female dentist posted in Central district. But the investigation ended in smoke with the retirement of DHO Dr. Bashir Mangi.
Recently a dispute started between Dr. Hira Zaheer and Ghulam Mustafa which re-started the enquiry against Mustafa Qureshi. Dr. Hira provided the proofs of Corruption of Mustafa Qureshi regarding selling of COVID 19 Vaccines to Private sector Hospitals when Corona is at peak and there is the shortage of vaccines in the city ,Secondly fake drug licenses issued to various Pharmacy setups including Agha Khan (Karimabad Maternity Hospital, F.B area Karachi).
The sources further said that an investigation was conducted against Office Superintendent Mail Staff Nurse Ghulam Mustafa Qureshi from different angles, in which it was proved that the nursing diploma of Ghulam Mustafa Qureshi is fake, while according to the sources, Ghulam Mustafa Qureshi started this job in Health Department in 1983 as Vaccinator. He got promotion in grade 14 by changing cadre illegally on a fake nursing diploma in 1997 and got self promotion from grade 14 to 16 in the service book in July 2007.
The sources further said that the action against Ghulam Mustafa Qureshi has started; Ghulam Mustafa Qureshi has started running to stop the inquiry once again, while on the other hand, Ghulam Mustafa Qureshi allegedly pressured the complainer Dr. Hira Zaheer. Ghulam Mustafa filed a written complaint against Dr. Hira Zaheer through his own family member so that Dr. Hira withdraws the written complaint against him and somehow the proceedings can once again be stopped.
Meanwhile, some media fellows enquired about this issue from Mustafa Qureshi regarding the complaint of Dr. Hira Zaheer on which he said that there is a money dispute taking place
between us that’s why Dr. Hira Zaheer is trying to take revenge from me.
