It is a healthy and safe environment. Clean environment is also considered as achieved by implementing proper housekeeping methods. Having someone clean, sweep, mop, and clear clutter help in ensuring tidiness. Maintaining a clean environment is an absolute necessity for Personal health society & earth.
We Human beings have been battling viruses since before our species had even evolved into its modern form. Some germs which can make peoples sick if they enter their bodies, like hepatitis A & Salmonella germs. Its many Germs can get into the body through the mouth, nose, breaks in the skin, eyes and genitals (privates). Once disease-causing germs are inside the body, they can stop it from working properly. Common viral diseases include the flu, the common cold etc. Common symptoms runny or stuffy nose, coughing or sneezing, fever, and body aches.
We need to be especially careful about hygiene in cold and flu season, because when someone catches flu or cold, they are contagious and can start spreading the virus causing their illness for about 24 before they start having symptoms which make them feel unwell. Limit through Wash hands, avoid crowds & sick people, keep household surfaces clean e.g. door knobs, switches and telephones. Stay warm and dry.

Coronaviruses are a group of related viruses that cause diseases cause respiratory tract infections that can be mild, such as some cases of the common cold and other. The disease was first identified in 2019 in Wuhan, China, and has since spread globally. Common symptoms include fever, cough, and shortness of breath. Muscle pain, sputum production and sore throat are less common. The infection is typically spread from one person to another via respiratory droplets produced during coughing & sneezing. Recommended measures to prevent infection include frequent hand washing, maintaining distance from others, and not touching one’s face, use of masks is recommended for those who suspect they have the virus and their caregivers, but not the general public, treatment of symptoms, supportive care, isolation, and experimental measures.
The World Health Organization declared the 2019-20 coronavirus outbreaks a pandemic and a Public Health Emergency of International Concern. World Health Organization has published several testing protocols for the disease. Chinese scientists were able to isolate a strain of the coronavirus & publish the genetic sequence so that laboratories across the world could independently develop polymerase chain reaction tests to detect infection by the virus. Zhongyang Hospital of Wuhan University suggested methods for detecting infections based upon clinical features & epidemiological risk.
Preventive measures to reduce the chances of infection coronaviruses stay home, avoid travel & public activities, wash hands with soap and warm water often and for at least 20 seconds (proper hand hygiene), practice good respiratory hygiene and avoid touching the eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands recommends covering up the mouth and nose with a tissue during any cough or sneeze and coughing or sneezing into the inside of the elbow if no tissue is available. They also recommend proper hand hygiene after any cough or sneeze.
Social distancing strategies aim to reduce contact of infected persons with large groups by closing schools and workplaces, restricting travel, and cancelling mass gatherings. Spitting in public places also should be avoided. According to the World Health Organization the use of masks is only recommended if a person is coughing or sneezing or when one is taking care of someone with a suspected infection.

Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan said in a televised address to the nation, pledged to fight the coronavirus and warned the nation of a possible spread of the virus in the country, if the people did not act responsibly. The virus will spread in the country as the countries with better facilities than us could not contain it. But there is no need to panic. Together we will face and live up to this challenge. Government alone cannot fight the “war” against coronavirus.
“We have to win this war as a nation,” he said, asking people to act responsibly. “First of all, there is no reason to worry,” he told the nation, urging them to take precautions.
