We always have this question in our mind , Why is it that some people seem to shine in any sphere in which they choose to exert themselves, and others cannot manage even have talent?
Though mindset is that what you believe about yourself impacts your success or failure. Behind your success or failure there is mindset. It plays a significant role in determining achievement and success. Basically it influences how you think, feel, and behave in any given situation.
In human beings two basic mindsets fixed and growth are commonly consider. People with fixed mindset, believe their abilities are fixed traits and therefore can’t be changed. People may also believe that their talent and intelligence alone lead to success, and effort is not required.
On the other side, if you have a growth mindset, you believe that your talents and abilities can be developed over time through effort and hardworking. People with this mindset don’t necessarily believe that everyone can become Einstein or legend just because they try.
So we can believe that everyone can get their goals or become a successful person in life if they work on it with a proper mindset

A mindset plays a critical role in how a person cope with life’s challenges. When a child has a growth mindset, he/she will work hard to improve his/herself for learning and he/she has a desire to discover new things. In children it often translates into academic achievement. Parents and teachers play vital role in shaping the mindset of a child. Parents know very well about his child’s likes and dislikes so they can motivate his child for future goals in early ages.
If we focus at personal growth and achievement, there exists a hidden key that holds the power to unlock limitless potential and that is the mindset. Mindset is a way of thinking , if we develop this way of thinking in children from the beginning they can pass any challenge in life. Because mindset help in a particular way of thinking, it is a set of beliefs, attitudes, and perspectives that shape how we interpret and respond to the world around us. This development can be focused in childhood.
If mindset use as a lens through which child view challenges, opportunities, setbacks, and successes in childhood it will definitely work as a growth mindset when reaches at adulthood. It will help to shape his perceptions, behaviors, and ultimately his outcomes. It will unlash his potential in life.
