KARACHI: The annual awards ceremony of GFS Builders and Developers was held at a local Banquet Hall here, Tuesday in which the employees of GFS Builders were awarded awards and cash prizes for their annual performance, says a Press release.
The event was attended as Guest of honor including senior leader of the People’s Party Waqar Mehdi, Provincial Minister Najmi Alam, Member of the Provincial Assembly Sajid Jokhio, along with Dr. Farooq Sattar of MQM Pakistan, Junaid Yusuf of UC Catering and Qari Sajjad.
On this occasion, Maulana Habib Attari, the preacher of Dawat-e-Islami Pakistan, delivered a lesson and speech, while the well-known religious scholar Maulana Bashir Farooqui, Chairman of Selani Trust, offered a special prayer.
On behalf of GFS Builders, CEO Irfan Wahid, Managing Director Mansoor Wahid, and Mohsin Wahid expressed their views.
During award distribution ceremony, the surprising award was given to Irfan Wahid, CEO of GFS builders, while receiving this award Irfan Wahid said that this award is not mine but it goes for my entire team. We are like a family. I congratulate the entire team. On this occasion and said that, In Sha Allah, we will organize a huge event in the future. I would like to dedicate this award to the entire GFS team.
Appreciating the valuable services for the organization, Irfan Wahid said that if any one performs extra outstanding he needs appreciation. He also said that this award has been given to the employees and dealers associated with GFS for their best performance. Those who have not been able to get the award should work harder so that they can be awarded next year as well.
GFS Managing Director Mansoor Wahid was also honored with a special award for performance on the occasion, he said that due to the dedication and passion of the people associated with this organization with good intentions, honesty, and courage, today GFS Builders is known and recognized all over Pakistan, including Karachi.
GFS Director of Marketing Mohsin Wahid was awarded the Best Brain of the Year. While receiving the award, Mohsin Wahid said that we will make GFS the best brand in Pakistan.
At the end of the ceremony, Iftar dinner is served for the guests.
People belonging to the various walks of life including Political leaders, Social and religious scholars, ABAD members, builders and developers, Trade bodies and FPCCI representatives, Media and business dignitaries and others attended the event.
