RAWALPINDI: The Chehlum (Arbaeen-e-Hussaini) of Shaheed-e-Azam and Mohsin-e-Insaniyyat Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) and his 72 diehard companions was observed with traditional religious spirit, devotion and respect throughout the world and the country, Thursday.
In Rawalpindi, main Chehlum procession was taken out from Imambargah Ashiq Hussain Teli Mohallah, Imambargah Col. Maqbool Hussain and Imambargah Hifazat Ali Shah Bohar Bazar.
The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya, Pakistan, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi while addressing a gathering here at the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashihsaid that Hussain (A.H.) is the guaranteed protection of the Islam and Sharia and support and appeasement for the hearts of oppressed people. Presence of banned organizations in Council of Islamic Ideology is a question mark? Even if countless code of conduct and system and procedure are developed, until there will be no practical implementation and strict action against aggressors, everything will be vain. Without sending Durood on Holy Prophet (SAAW)and his pious progeny, prayers cannot be addressed and this is collectively accepted by both Shia and Sunni schools of thought.
Agha Moosavi said to counter the policies of Kharjies and Nasabies of pushing the values of Ahle Bait (A.S.), collective plan will have to be designed. The great and glorious congregation of the Arbaeen at Karbala is proving the no power in the world can stop the path of Hussainiyat.
Meanwhile addressing the media personnel in the procession of Arbaeen, Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi’s Special RepresentativeAllama Basharat Hussain Imami said that followers of Imam-e-Mazloom (A.S.), in accordance with the action of the companion of the Holy Prophet (SAAW), Hazrat Jabir ibn Abdullah Al Ansari (RA), observed the Arbaeen of seventy-two martyrs of Karbala and paid homage to the victory of Hazrat Zainab (SA). Participation of both Sunni and Shia schools of thought is proving that there is no sectarian conflict anywhere in the world, those who put them apart are definitely supported by RAW and Mossad. Government approach only those who carry the policy of flattering and not of those who are true and sincere and real representatives of public.
Basharat Imami said that violating the principles of Islam and establishing new committees itself is insult to constitution, nation will not accept any decision made by non-representative members. He said Agha Hamid Moosavi stance is absolutely correct that when new cities towns can be established, new schools and organizations can be built then why not new processions can be carried out? He demanded that till 8th of Rabiul Awwal, processions of mourning will be carried out which should be given protection in accordance with 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement signed on May 21, 1985.
