KARACHI: International House of Pancakes (IHOP) opened its doors to Karachi in the midst of the pandemic. And after exactly a year the management celebrated its first year with a lot of zeal and enthusiasm with representation and friends from the Consulate General of the United States of America, says a Press release.
The event marked decades of friendship shared between Gerry’s Group and the US Mission in Pakistan; furthermore, the day of celebration was followed by a cake cutting ceremony, speeches, games and a scrumptious lavish meal to give a sweet ending to the day.
During the ceremony Akram Wali Mohammad, Group Managing Director for Gerry’s said that IHOP had an aim of setting a benchmark in making pancakes the right way, rather the only way. He added that IHOP was working on expanding its operations to Lahore and Islamabad providing an opportunity to the people of these cities to dig into “true bite of happiness”.
