MangoTech Solutions serve Pakistan via modern digital solutions for all institutions
TFD Report
KARACHI: MangoTech Solutions is one of the few software companies in Pakistan that has grown in a very short time due to its hard work, dedication and strong conviction and has earned the name of the country internationally.
Mir Shujaat Ali Maaz, the founder of the company, started this journey seven years ago and in this short span of time made MangoTech Solutions sustainable and reliable. Maaz, having never coded a single line & worked only in Sales & Marketing Dept, faced many hurdles in beginning. They have delivered top notch IT Solutions including custom Mobile Apps, Web apps and Softwares.
Expressing his views with TFD, the founder of Mango Tech Solutions said that the people of our country have tremendous potential which can be used to take the country further. In this regard, the government should set up training institutes in the country to promote the information technology industry and enable a large number of talented youth to learn from these institutes and come forward in the field. The majority of Pakistan’s population is made up of young people. By encouraging these young people, Pakistan’s IT industry can be given a great position in the world.
Maaz lamented that there are still remote areas in Pakistan where internet is not yet available. The government should play its role in this regard.
He further said that many countries in the world have improved their economic status with the IT industry – these governments have exempted the IT industry from taxes, established
IT free-zones and provided space, logistics, infrastructure and good policies to their youth. Our government should also pay attention to this. To strengthening the IT industry in Pakistan requires a central association that can work for the betterment of this industry and those who are associated with it. In the last four years, significant work has been done in the field of IT in Pakistan, but much more needs to be done.
Maaz advised the youth to get involved in IT, through any in-demand skill including Data Sciences, Block Chain, AI, Software Development, Web & App Development and get a complete mastery over it.
He also urged the individuals who don’t want to code or design can join IT industry through nontechnical fields such as Digital Marketing, Project Management, Business Development etc.
