DUBAI UAE: Pakistan Business Council (PBC) Dubai hosted a farewell reception in honour of Ambassador Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, Pakistan’s Envoy to the UAE, to acknowledge his dedicated services and support to the Pakistani business community during his tenure.
The reception was attended by members from the diplomatic corps, prominent Pakistani businessmen, and community representatives. Mr. Muhammad Shabbir Merchant, Chairman, along with other office bearers of PBC, paid tributes to the Ambassador for his guidance, patronage, and efforts in strengthening the Pakistani business community in the UAE.
In his remarks, Ambassador Faisal Niaz Tirmizi praised the role played by Pakistani businessmen in the UAE in advancing bilateral trade relations and projecting a positive image of Pakistan. He encouraged the business community to enhance investment in Pakistan’s manufacturing sector and to further increase the import of Pakistani products into the UAE market.
The Ambassador urged the business community to collectively strive for ownership of the Pakistan Pavilion at Dubai’s Global Village as a permanent platform to showcase Pakistani products and culture to the world.
