KARACHI: Rizwan Ahmed, a former Grade-22 federal secretary from the Pakistan Administrative Service, has been assigned the charge of Chairman, Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC). He holds a Master’s degree from Harvard University, USA. During his distinguished civil service career, he has served as Federal Secretary Maritime Affairs, Chairman Trading Corporation of Pakistan, Chairman Pakistan National Shipping Corporation, Health Secretary Sindh and Deputy Commissioner Hyderabad.
