Youth made aware of steps to fight dengue

RAWALPINDI: Ms. Seemabia Tahir Satti (MPA) who is also a spokesperson of the Punjab Government and a syndicate member of University of Engineering Taxila highlighted the sensitivity of dengue and focused on the important role of masses in eliminating this problem from the country.
Addressing the seminar on dengue awareness at the Govt Degree College for Women Gawalmandi, here Friday as a chief guest, she also briefed the audience about recent government policies especially designed for Pakistani youth. She also talked about the possible effective role of youth in bringing a positive change in our society and our country.
Principal of the College, Naeema Munir who earlier welcomed the honorable guest, in his address thanked her for sparing her time and appreciated her vision and effective opinions.
Later, the Principal, the chief guest, staff members and students took part in a walk that was also specifically arranged to highlight the issue of dengue fever.
