On the auspicious occasion of the 77th Founding Anniversary of the People’s Republic of China, I extend my warmest felicitations to the leadership and the people of China.
The year 2026 is especially significant as Pakistan and China celebrate 75 years of diplomatic relations-a friendship that has stood the test of time and grown into a comprehensive partnership based on mutual trust, respect and shared aspirations for progress.
China’s extraordinary achievements in infrastructure, urban development, housing, technology and modern transportation offer valuable lessons for developing economies. As a member of Pakistan’s construction and real-estate sector, I particularly admire the scale, planning and innovation that have contributed to China’s remarkable urban transformation.
The China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) has opened new avenues for infrastructure development, investment and regional connectivity. Looking ahead, greater collaboration between Pakistani and Chinese enterprises can bring advanced construction technologies, sustainable urban solutions, investment and expertise to Pakistan while generating employment and strengthening our economy.
